Job Functions/Duties (may be assigned other duties by management) |
· Present and sell company product and services to current and potential clients. · Establish unique selling points as points of differentiation and promote to customers. · Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. · Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. · Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. · Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. · Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. · Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. · Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. · Establish, maintain and expand productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and potential client relationships. · Forecast and track assigned customer account metrics · Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned customer accounts. · Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to create new and/or improved customer relationships. · Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services · Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. · Follow-up for invoice signing and collection of payment. · Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services. · Serve as mentor to less experienced sales personnel. · Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. · Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. · Handle customer complaints. · Identify and resolve client concerns. · Manage the Account in all the aspects (Sales, Application, Operation, Support, Billing, Collections) · Know and enforce safety and security procedures and proper use of equipment and material. Actively promote safety process and report any safety issues to proper channels for action. |
Qualifications/Education Requirements |
· Proficient computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and/or company specific databases. · Understand the fundamental concepts of Levare product or products · Must be a trained sales professional with good listening & presentation skills · Must have experience with a CRM system · Must be well connected and have established customer relationships in the local market · Negotiation skills and have a good work history a must · Good oral and written communication and analytical skills. · Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills. · High School diploma or equivalent required. · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred. · 3 years of sales, customer service experience and/or field service required. |
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements |
· Normal office environment and occasional exposure to field environment during the course of normal job duties · Continuously required to move about the facility · Customer’s Fields and Locations visits · Occasional travel and On call required · Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection, hard hat and safety shoes while in shop environment or on job site. |
