The Cash Application Specialist is responsible for the daily reconciliation and application of payments received to the corresponding client accounts. Research and resolve unapplied/unidentified cash postings. Responsible for identifying adjustment/discounts taken by clients and forwarding them to the appropriate AR Rep for follow up. Responsible for the daily audit of all cash application transactions to ensure accuracy to the Accounts Receivable. Additional responsibilities include credit card charging/reconciliation/chargeback review.
