bioMérieux is Hiring a Field Application Specialist II Near Chicago, IL
Main Accountabilities:
- Support Information Technology (IT) Laboratory workflow project with coordinating internal / external resources, installation and connection
- Handle problem and troubleshooting capabilities (onsite and remotely)
- Contribute to new solution launch and implementation, as well as software updates
- Contribute complex IT project and provide technical/corrective action in full autonomy
- Act as a referent in her/his field of expertise
Studies and Experience:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in computer science. Experience / degree in biology, laboratory environment is a plus
- 2-3 years of experience as Lab/Medical Technology or equivalent experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer and solution oriented (problem solving & decision making)
- Ability to understand complex customer environment
- Updated with market latest technologies
- Ability to work in full autonomy
- Good communication and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
- Master CRM (Key user (8), Dashboard (9))
