**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our team. The Repair Technician will be responsible for removing and replacing old faucets, fixtures, blinds, knobs, etc in apartments being rehabbed. Hand tools and transportation required.
**Duties:**
- Minor Plumbing
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality , change blinds, knobs, locks, repair/replace doors and frames .
- Minor electrical
- Carpentry
- Caulking and painting, paintching, priming walls and drywall.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $17.83 - $19.73 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Driver's License (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Springfield, MO (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Springfield, MO: Relocate before starting work (Required)
