Job Overview:
Midwest Roofing is looking for some early career carpenters ready to learn and grow into a Repair Technician position within our company. We offer a 90 day training period, at witch time you will receive everything needed to start your new career in the roofing world. Duties:

- Preform Roofing repairs
- Troubleshoot active leaks
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing structures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:

- Experience in construction
- Pulling/Backing Trailers
- Knowledge of carpentry
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction
- Ability to read and execute Job orders/tickets

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
