The Senior Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs DMP facilities and buildings.

Qualifications:
* Excellent Mechanical Aptitude.
* Must have an eye for quality and appearance.
* Ability to accurately follow detailed instructions.
* Demonstrate a good work attitude, work cooperatively with others in the department and company.
* Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
* Flexible with overtime. Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary.
* Excellent working knowledge of most tools used in construction and maintenance operations.
* Possesses Commercial Building Construction Knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure facilities and buildings are in compliance with DMP Quality and Appearance standards.
- Perform painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing, and any other related work necessary to maintain the DMP building and related facilities.
- Perform semiannual roof inspection.
- Perform monthly inspections of emergency and exit lights.
- Plan ahead for inclement weather; preparing supplies and equipment for snow removal.
- Schedule maintenance staff in preparation for early start in inclement weather. Assist in shoveling snow, removing ice, and spreading ice melter as needed.
- Cross train all positions within maintenance team.
- Have working knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Manage work order program including Preventative Maintenace Schedules.
- Lead Maintenance team and assign work to maintenance technician.
- Assist in Developing Standard Operating Procedures for building Maintenance.
- Perform daily and weekly reports for maintenance team.
- Contributes to team effort by performing related duties or fill in for others in the department or other departments when requested.
- Continuously strives to find processes that create improved efficiency while maintaining conformance to requirements.
