Maintenance Rehab technician

We are currently seeking a skilled & motivated Maintenance Rehab Technician in Springfield, MO.

In this role, you will be responsible for rehab of interior apartments as well as working as a part of the team to complete service requests and assist with all other maintenance duties as needed. You will be managing and coordinating to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds/buildings of the property are completed in an efficient manner.

Our maintenance team will diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural and appliances. You will share on-call with other team members.

Requirements:

• Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1 year apartment maintenance lead experience
• Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance.
• EPA Refrigerant certification is a plus!
• Computer skills: use business software to assign and manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies and communicate via email.
• Willing to share on-call with other team members.
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must pass background & drug screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• On call

Experience:

• Maintenance: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
