**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs, ensuring their successful implementation and operation. **Duties:** - Plan, develop, and implement program activities in line with organizational goals - Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, resources, and materials - Monitor program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure program success - Provide administrative support for program-related tasks - Supervise program staff and volunteers **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Social Work or Program Management - Proven experience in program development and management - Knowledge of budgeting and financial management - Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs - Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management - Ability to supervise and manage program staff effectively Nice-to-have Skills: - Experience in administrative tasks related to program coordination - Previous work in social work or related fields - Proficiency in supervising and managing teams effectively This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the community while developing valuable skills in program coordination and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
