Legacy Supply Chain is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Reno, NV

Job Overview

Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our eCommerce Customer Service Team located in Reno, NV. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining a positive relationship between Legacy and our clients by taking complete ownership of the relationship, effectively processing orders, providing diligent follow-up to inquiries, and actively assessing value add opportunities. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.

Schedule and Compensation

  • Monday through Friday - 7:00am to 3:30pm
  • Starting pay rate $23.00 per hour.

Job Details

What to expect as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Manage all aspects of a client’s fulfillment business; including reconciling reports, ensuring Operations is meeting service levels, files are loaded and effectively communicating with client.
  • Act as primary liaison between client and Operations. This involves dealing quickly and efficiently with client inquiries by phone or email.
  • Provide solutions for client issues, while maintaining and encouraging growth in the relationship.
  • Proactively assess possible delays or complications; and work with Operations to strategically plan to avoid or minimize them.
  • Develop and implement new systems, procedures or working practices that improve customer service efficiency.
  • Develop, monitor and report on metrics and daily checklists, for measuring and monitoring performance and service levels, such as Daily Shipment Reports and Unshipped Orders Report.
  • Effectively communicate client needs, including daily; and/or upcoming, priorities to Operations for planning purposes.
  • Monitor IT Data file transfer processes as a QC measure.
  • Work with Inbound on Non Compliant Receipts (NCR’s) and work with client on resolutions; and effectively communicate priorities of NCR’s to Inbound for potential rework.
  • Coordinate Value Added Services requests; and confirm billing is accurate.
  • Work with client, Operations and Inventory Control to review, research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Document Customer Complaints and work with Operations to identify root cause and corrective action(s).

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Ability to resolve issues and be creative with minimal supervision.
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple issues at the same time.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
