Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Duties:

- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation.
- Assist with performance management processes such as evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives.

Skills:

- Proficiency in HR software such as UltiPro, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of workforce management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for recruitment purposes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in performance management and training development is a plus.
- Understanding of workers' compensation procedures and regulations.
- Knowledge of organization design concepts for effective HR operations.
- Familiarity with lever, Salesforce, or other HR tools would be advantageous.

Pay: $20.68 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
