PR Global Reservations LLC is Hiring a Human Resources Manager Near Doral, FL

Our company is looking for a Highly Motivated HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER. If you are looking for an exciting position and a great workplace, please look at the list of qualifications below. We would like to meet you if you have the background and experience we need.

Must Have at least 5 years of Human Resources Management Experience, Speak Fluent English and Spanish, plus be willing to work On site in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through developing, engaging, motivating and preserving human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • New hire benefits enrollment
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Verify enrollment and benefits deductions are added to ADP.
  • Assist with payroll, and generate Excel spreadsheets for salary/commissions.
  • Increase employee motivation and morale.
  • Facilitate required training
  • Train and assist in the recruiting process.
  • Assist with Interviews as needed as part of the hiring process.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to Leadership and other departments.
  • Provide counseling and assistance to Directors for management purposes.
  • Develop and enforce workplace policies.
  • Assist with termination of employees (as needed)
  • Handle any situations/concerns/issues with employees and departments.
  • Assist with visas for employees transferring from other countries (Ex. Mexico)
  • Responsible for tracking and scheduling conference rooms for meetings
  • Responsible for access cards activation and deactivation
  • Keep all personnel files up to date.
  • Stay on top of all Federal and State labor laws for every state we have employees in
  • Create out-of-state accounts for new businesses.
  • Provide support to employees for professional/employment growth.
  • Coordinate travel/trips arrangements (Including purchasing tickets as needed)
  • Assist with booking hotels for VIP guests and employees

Requirements and skills

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive (Required)
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field (Preferred)
