Lee Spring is Hiring an Operations Assistant Near Gilbert, AZ
Overall purpose of the job:
Lee Spring is looking for a positive and focused individual to work on customer service-related tasks while assisting in providing feedback on new software and processes. This candidate will be a hands-on user of new systems and will provide valuable feedback during development. This role, working in conjunction with the Global CRM Manager, will be centered around the entering of customer orders, quote requests and other processes utilizing new systems in development. This position will add valuable input in the development and refinement of new business processes, testing of software in a live environment and assisting in developing improvements to the overall operations of the company. This role will work on varied projects which will change over time and the role will evolve as systems are deployed to users.
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
- Order, quote, and data entry to company customer relationship management system.
- Assist with the development and testing of new business systems and new processes while providing detailed feedback.
- Create and review customer accounts, and update customer records.
- Processing customer catalog requests.
- Testing and issue tracking with new software and processes.
- Assist CRM Marketing Manager with ad hoc projects and marketing as needed.
- Assist with greeting customers and directing them appropriately.
Qualifications for the job:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Marketing knowledge, preferable
- Ability to multitask and work on varied and different projects
- Stay up to date on product knowledge
- General computer skills and literacy
- Interest in business processes and process improvement
- 20 words per minute keystroke ability
- Understands computer structure and operation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM and general software applications
