LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant for a full-time, onsite opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate should exhibit a high attention to detail, be a team player, and demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare legal pleadings and litigation-based documentation
• Conducting legal research
• Maintain calendars, billing and deadlines
• Organize and maintain case files, pleading/discovery indexes, exhibits, documents, etc.
• Assist attorneys in preparation for court-related appearances
• Manage caseload and clients under the supervision of the attorney(s)
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5 years of legal experience, required
• Maintains a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Solid organizational skills with high attention to detail
