We are looking for an organized and motivated Accounting/Payroll Assistant to join one of our valued clients in the Tigard area. Candidates looking to expand their accounting knowledge and join a growing team are encouraged to apply.

Primary responsibilities:

• Enter in timecard data and verify proper authorizations
• Reviewing invoice scans and entering data into the accounting system
• Completing batch imports for accounts payable entries
• Timely research and reconciliation of vendor discrepancies
• Communicate with internal and external partners for missing invoices
• General accounting support as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1 years of general accounting or payroll experience
• Strong data entry skills
• Customer service-oriented demeanor
• Excellent attention to detail
