Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the day-to-day human resources functions of the facility in accordance to nursing or assisted living facility operations, as directed by the Administrator or Executive Director. This position will also ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget and census. This position also maintains the facility's personnel records (physical & electronic), recruitment, and hiring for new employees.
