Leddy Group is Hiring a HR Administrative Assistant Near Nashua, NH

HR Administrative Assistant A healthcare provider is seeking a confident and personable HR Administrative Assistant. You’ll support the great team at our client’s Nashua, NH office for approximately 3-6 months, although this may lead to a permanent role for the right candidate!Responsibilities of the HR Administrative Assistant

  • Answer phones
  • Schedule appointments
  • Connect with employees and applicants; provide information, answer questions, or direct them to appropriate team member
  • Assist with new hire paperwork
  • Coordinate employee orientation
  • Receive and distribute mail
  • Perform data entry, scan documents, and maintain files
  • Assist as needed with event planning
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the HR Administrative Assistant

  • Previous HR and/or administrative support experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
