Leaders Staffing's Direct Hire Division is seeking skilled Human Resource Manager for our Manufacturing client located just north in Garrett, IN. This position will support upper management, production supervisors and employees working a first shift only production facility.
Our client is family owned, has a long standing history and a great work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background in a manufacturing environment.
Major responsibilities will include recruitment, orientation, payroll support. They will also handle the daily management of employee benefits administration and policy and procedure management.
