LDX Solutions is Hiring a Remote INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Reports to: Vice President, Aftermarket


Overview:


The Inside Sales Representative provides high-value and personalized communication with our Partners regarding their spare parts and service needs. As a member of our elite inside sales team, you will be responsible for developing new accounts, recovering lost accounts, and managing established accounts to create an exceptional customer experience. This role is a starting point with the LDX Sales team, which can lead to attaining an Outside Sales Role focused on project work.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Attain Annual Sales targets for top-line revenue and gross margin.
  • Create relationships and identify customer needs while recommending appropriate solutions to drive both Aftermarket sales, margin, accessories, and overall performance.
  • Generate sales with the Company’s current clients by maintaining relationships through phone and email communication.
  • Identify new clients to formulate a relationship strategy for generating sales.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team, Operations, and Field Service Support
  • Respond to requests from customers for information.
  • Provide answers to customer inquiries regarding the maintenance and operation of LDX products, accessories, and services.
  • Assist Outside Sales and the Operations team in the coordination of pricing.
  • Provide proposals and quotes to customers and follow up promptly.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting department to ensure timely invoicing to customers and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities for sales related process improvements.
  • Participate in training provided, including training at customers’ sites, and independently seek training.
  • Promote safety awareness with all team members.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required; college or vocations degree preferred
  • >2 years of sale experience (Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Customer Service, and/or other customer-facing experience)
  • Prior experience working with a CRM and ERP systems strongly preferred
