• Identify and pursue leads in residential and commercial markets, including networking, cold calling, door-to-door sales, referrals and industry events.
• Cultivate genuine relationships with clients by understanding their needs deeply.
• Champion our services with passion and conviction.
• Collaborate closely with our team to shape our sales strategy and refine our messaging.

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the landscape or a related industry.
• Knowledge of landscaping principles and practices such as horticulture, fertilization, and irrigation.
• Enthusiasm, drive, and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
• Dynamic communication skills to authentically connect with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a must-have.
