Growing Food CPG client looking for a HR Business Partner to collaborate all businesses in a hands-on roll up your sleeves environment.
HR Business Partner will closely partner with Head of HR to ensure organizational health and effectiveness, talent management and organizational design and development, ensure consistency in people decisions, and optimize employee experience.
Experience and Skills:
- 3-5 years HRBP experience in a progressive HR department
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to effectively convey messages to different leaders
- Ability to roll up your sleeves to get things done
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations
Salary range $90k - $110k base with great benefits!
