Key Responsibilities : - Reach out to potential customers through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media, to promote upcoming events and sell tickets.

• Listen to customer preferences and interests to recommend suitable events and seating options. - Provide detailed information about event schedules, seating arrangements, pricing, and special offers to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Process ticket orders accurately and efficiently using our ticketing system, ensuring all transactions are completed promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. - Develop and maintain relationships with individual customers, corporate clients, and group organizers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about current trends, performers, and teams to effectively communicate the value of attending specific events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and drive ticket sales. - Meet or exceed sales targets and commission goals consistently.

Qualifications : - Previous sales experience preferred but not required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
