Provide administrative support for executives, executive assistants and business units. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in managing executive schedules.
Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed. Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations and data, as well as maintaining files, records and correspondence for meetings.
Maintain confidentiality of information. Assist in organizing and implementing events such as meetings, business luncheons and client dinners.
Assist in facilities management such as managing vendors, ordering supplies and submitting invoices for payment. Partner with building management in fielding maintenance requests and assist in office driven initiatives such as safety preparedness.
Meet and greet clients and visitors. Maintain documentation and prepare expense reports.
