We are looking to add an energetic and motivated CUSTOMER SERVICE/INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to our team. If you are hands-on, understand parts and mechanics, have experience in industrial sales, building components, machinery, and/or equipment installation, come join us!

**THIS POSITION IS FOR OUR BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA LOCATION!**

Responsibilities include:

• Establish and maintain new and existing customer relationships
• Engage with customers and introduce new products to satisfy customer needs
• Learn product lines and identify potential sales opportunities
• Process sales orders, assist with merchandise returns, and provide excellent customer service in a retail environment
• Manage heavy volume inbound calls
• Follow up with customers over the phone
• Provide technical support as needed
• Communicate with management to resolve any outstanding issues in a timely manner
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of retail sales experience
• Previous experience in a customer service/call center environment
• Experience in Gate & Access Controls, Fencing, Steel/Metal, HVAC/Electrical or Home Automation with the ability to read and interpret product manuals is a PLUS
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have high school diploma
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a PLUS
