Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Confirm appointments
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Manage incoming mail and faxes and scan incoming mail for executives
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). and other company software
- Attention to detail with an upbeat attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
