6:30am - 7:00pm - OR - 6:30pm - 7:00am
Pay Rate: $24.90 - $37.35/hr.
LPN's Crown Center Skilled Unit - $2500.00 Sign on Bonus (FT)
(*Sign on Bonus Eligibility is based on your status at time of hire. Status must be that of Semi full time, working at least 36 or more hours per week for the $2500.00. All sign-on bonuses are prorated and paid over 5 quarters.)

Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Current Licensure for Practical Nursing in the State of Ohio
BLS Certified (CPR/First Aid)
