Job Summary
The primary function of a Supervisor is to ensure that the service and manufacturing plans are met while following all established procedures. This will involve scheduling, training, interviewing, coaching and all other tasks related to employee relations.
Essential Functions

• Direct supervision of service staffing including assemblers, technicians and support staff.
• Execute to the service plan to meet timely processing of all field returns while maintaining proper inventory levels to meet daily order requirements.
• Maintain the department roster, cross-training matrix and evacuation plan
• Work with all plant support groups i.e.Safety, Industrial, Manufacturing, & Quality Engineering groups as required.
• Provide leadership, direction and support through empowerment, teamwork, on the job assignments and utilization of implementation of continuous improvement concepts and methods.
• Ensure that proper assembly and test procedures are followed.
• Will lead by example to build a positive work environment.
• Compile and analyze data of key performance indicators.
Work special high priority tasks as assigned.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
• Background in production supervision with 3 years’ related experience required and
• Strong experience with employee performance management. required
• Familiar with Lean, DFT and Six Sigma principles Required

• Leadership abilities to promote teamwork, delegation, individual responsibility, and positive employee morale
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills for effective communication with all work levels.
• Must have strong electronics background.
