Job Description
Sales - Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Sales Managers
Full-Time Position
M-F (8:30AM – 5:30PM)
Summary: The Sales specific Customer Service Representative assists in resolving customer questions and complaints.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Prepare and/or create documents and reports
- Remain fully compliant with Company HR training and GM training
- Maintain professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe, and grooming
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer experience required
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Strong Microsoft Office abilities
- Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task in high-paced environments
- Must be focused, detail oriented, and thorough
