Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Full-Time Position
Monday - Friday
Summary: Under general supervision, performs a variety of routine semi-skilled maintenance for facilities; ensures that facilities are available for use and consistently maintained in a safe and clean condition. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, painting, light plumbing, trash and cardboard removal, maintain cleanliness of shop are along with other tasks assigned as needed. Operates a variety of maintenance and cleaning tools and equipment; and performs related work as required. May include out-of-hours work with little or no notice.
