LaunchDarkly is Hiring a Remote Senior Partner Sales Manager - Northeast

About the Job:

LaunchDarkly is looking for a Senior Partner Sales Manager in the NorthEastern US to be a linchpin for our “Partner First” model. We need someone to manage and build the partner revenue, aligning with the Field Leadership team in the region. This person should be a pipeline and revenue generator, building incremental ARR for LaunchDarkly. They will also be responsible for recruiting and activating a select few partners that are investing in LaunchDarkly. They will work with the Sales team, a Partner Pre-Sales Engineer, a Partner Marketing Manager and the Professional Services team, to build a profitable, repeatable and predictable partner business around our platform. They should have experience in integrating an ISV’s solution into the partners existing DevOps/Generative AI practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Partner Sales number for the NorthEase and the GTM strategy and execution for the region.
  • Work with AWS as well as LD Systems Integrators to drive incremental pipeline as well as expansion within existing customers.
  • Recruit, enable and activate partners for increased sales and delivery capacity/capability.
  • Build deep alignment with sales and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., sales leadership, alliances, technical sales, services, success, revops)
  • Partner with Regional and Geo sales leadership to integrate an ecosystem-centric motion around all opportunities, new and existing

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of partner sales with strong track record of attainment and practice building
  • Established network of executive level contacts within app dev, devops and the cloud space
  • Regional Systems Integrator and AWS experience a must
  • SaaS experience a must (DevOps preferred)
