    SUMMARY: This position is responsible for providing secretarial support to assigned administrator and department, including compiling data and reports, ordering equipment and supplies, responding to internal and external inquiries, establishing and maintaining department records, processing documents and materials, composing documents and participating in meetings and projects.
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty/function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
