We are searching for an experienced and dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive substantial business growth. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy in line with our broader business objectives. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to deploy impactful campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including specialized efforts using HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute robust marketing strategies across various channels, including advanced proficiency in HubSpot for email marketing and account-based marketing.
- Conduct in-depth campaign analyses and optimize to meet ambitious KPIs.
- Enhance SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and generate high-quality leads.
- Plan and Manage SEO linkbuildign campaigns.
- Create, and optimize AI-generated SEO content.
- Utilize complex data for strategic, data-informed decisions.
- Oversee Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and leads.
- Analyze insights from Google Analytics to improve traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Execute conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to implement CRO strategies.
- Work with the Finance team on marketing budget years
- Design and execute strategic customer retention programs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in marketing technology.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in growth marketing within fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- strong expertise in Hubspot marketing hub
- Proven success in driving quantifiable results across diverse marketing channels.
- Robust analytical skills with experience in making data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in SEO, paid search campaigns, and email marketing.
- Experience in A/B testing and optimization strategies.
- Proven track record in implementing effective customer retention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
