Lang Specialty Trailers is looking for an administrative assistant - inventory to be a part of our team. Lang Specialty Trailers has a national footprint for its industry leading specialty trailers.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with vendors on open purchase orders and discrepancies on incoming shipment receipts.
• Monitor changes with vendors and request updated lead times
• Work with the inventory manager to monitor current inventory levels.
• Create and prepare production travelers.
• Process inventory receipts.
• Schedule and follow up with incoming freight shipments (logistics).
