- Working with patients to collect out of pocket responsibility
- Auditing time of service collections
- Creating and monitoring payment plans
- Meeting with patients to discuss their account
- Making daily time of service phone calls to inform patients of out of pocket costs
- Assisting check in/out staff when time of service questions arise
- Specialized individual departmental duties
- High school diploma/GED (required)
- Previous experience in a medical office
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Works in an efficient manner with a desire to produce quality results
- For this position, you will be paid $18-$20/hour Depending on experience
- A schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
