Patient Care Coordinator I (Medical Office Check-In) 
Woodlands Medical Specialists in Pensacola is looking for a full-time patient care coordinator I (medical office check-in) to provide excellent care to patients visiting this growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to be a part of a dynamic, supportive working environment.
What you’ll be doing to make an impact:
  • Smile and greet patients with an enthusiastic “How can I help you today?” attitude upon arrival
  • Check patients in for their appropriate appointments in multiple systems
  • Provide patients with appropriate intake, new patient, and/or questionnaire forms
  • Process payments for office visits
  • Communicate directly and professionally with other departments as needed
  • Provide the patient with support and guidance as needed
  • Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations
What you’ll bring to the table:
  • High school diploma/GED (required)
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent customer service skills (required)
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with interruptions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
What’s in it for you:
  • For this position, you will be paid starting at $16/hour
  • A schedule of Monday through Friday, either 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm
