Our residents are ofthe utmost priority, and we take pride in our experienced staff that treat eachresident like family.
We are currently in need of a HealthCare Coordinator to join our team. The Health CareCoordinator is a strong, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) whowill direct and develop our dedicated staff that provides care for our AssistedLiving residents.
Responsibilities Include but are not limitedto:
- Participate in the hiring process of hospitality-orientedresident care staff and Licensed Practical Nurses
- Create a weekly schedule for the care staff, ensuring thatall shifts are filled.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain a highly functioningteam environment.
- Review job performance of care staff to ensure that ourresidents are receiving the best service possible.
- Develop care plans for residents.
- Facilitate communication with residents and family members.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidates must possess strong relationship buildingskills.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience with evidenceof being a strong leader
- Experience in training, stating expectations for employeesand measuring their progress.
- Current Florida Nursing license
- Familiar with ACHA regulatory requirements for AssistedLiving Facilities
