The Woodlands Medical Specialists in Pensacola is looking for a full-time Imaging Scheduler to relay the most positive and professional image possible to patients visiting this growing practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with superior communication and customer service skills to join a supportive and friendly company.
What you’ll be doing to make an impact :
- As a team, managing 400 inbound / outbound calls daily with other schedulers
- Answer patient’s questions in a professional, polite manner, effectively communicate Imaging Prep
- Schedule patients for diagnostic scans using our practice management systems
- Being able to maneuver several systems ActiveFax, Order Facilitator, Emails, Calls, and Teams Messages
What you’ll bring to the table :
- Must have prior high-volume scheduling experience. Imaging scheduling experience preferred
- Must have professional demeaner and knowledge of diagnostic imaging modalities preferred
- Knowledge of diagnosis codes and insurance authorizations preferred
What’s in it for you :
- For this position, starting pay is $16 / hr,
- Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
