What you’ll be doing:

• Changing light bulbs
• Performing plumbing
• Patching and doing minor repairs to drywall
• Other general maintenance duties as needed

• 1 - 2 years of previous maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Ability to be flexible with scheduling
• Ability to work outside in heat or cold conditions if needed
• Self-motivated
• Hard-working and reliable
• Efficient
• Able to stand or kneel for long periods of time
• Able to lift 30 – 50 pounds when relevant

• Competitive starting wage of $17/hour, potential increase after 90 days
• Hours and days will vary between employees and must be available to work weekends
