As a Maintenance Technician at The Track, you will be an integral part of our business' success. Your attention to detail and meticulous care will ensure that all park rides are always in perfect condition. You will follow all delegated tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager and maintain all aspects of The Track's "Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service" mantra while on the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventive maintenance on all park rides
• Make repairs during shift in a quick and efficient manner
• Occasional heavy lifting of karts/parts required
• Ability to work without close supervision and stay on task
• Perform general building and track maintenance as needed
• ABILITY TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with or without assistance
• Must be willing to work outdoors and in all weather conditions including direct sunlight, hot/cold weather, and rain
• Must be willing and able to clean using chemicals after training and with proper personal protective equipment
• Must be able to stand/sit/squat, bend at waist repeatedly during shift
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Must be professional, energetic, and have a positive attitude at all times
• Must be able and willing to meet all The Track's Grooming Standards daily
• Must be willing to stay past regular shift hours if circumstances arise.
• Must be flexible with work hours to accommodate maintenance shifts.

-Split shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM ; 3:00 PM - CLOSE.

Experience

This is a very mechanical position therefore we require you to have hands on mechanics experience or at least have schooling associated with mechanics. We are able to train you on the functions and operations of our park rides but you MUST have basic mechanic abilities.
