Landlord TenantServices is Hiring an Administrative Assistant (PT) Near Collinsville, IL
from part-time to full-time. The prospective candidates would need to be flexible and reliable. The job is fast-paced and time-sensitive.
This job is a floating position 7 days a week and will average between 20 to 40 hours per week.
We need someone on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your hours Monday through Friday will vary between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. as needed.
Job Description:
- Answer phones.
- Typing and 10 key.
- Make phone calls to verify the information provided on an application.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Knowledge of MW & Excel.
- Ability to multitask.
- Computer skills and internet research.
