Title : Area customer service coordinator

Shift : : to : (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities
- Must be fully Covid Vax and drive.
- There is a need for people. will cover the area North of Hartford Ct and the other will cover South of Hartford.
- There is no driving once you get to work each day. areas are as follows :
- these are the primary locations. At times, depending on staffing levels we have asked them to cross over, but not often.
They are reimbursed mileage.

East Hartford
Shelton
Norwich
Waterford
Locations Hartford North / West
Hartford
Windsor
East Hartford

- This is Driving at times but not during day only to location but is package B.
- This is an area customer service position. You will get schedule in advance.
- All locations are within miles of home base.
- If outside of the mile radius, then time and mileage will be paid.
- Mail sorting, Mail postage, Mail Research.
- Print jobs including operating copiers and finishing equipment.
- They may be required to lift box of paper, under lbs.
- Assistance is available at most locations.
- Standing if at a site that provides print jobs.
- Experience needs is - years’ experience with Mail operations and / or Print Services preferred but will train a person that is responsible and reliable.
- Customer Service skills a plus.
- Dress code is business casual - no jeans and colored shirt.
- Requires high school diploma plus months of related work experience. Post High School
- education encouraged and preferred.
