THIS IS A 10 PANEL DRUG TEST. Must be fully Covid Vax and drive.
MANDATORY TO DRIVE AND MAY BE DAILY OR WEEKLY. MUST ALSO HAVE COPY AND MAIL EXPERIENCE. DO NOT SUBMIT IF CANNOT MEET THESE CRITERIA. This is a mobile position, ensure they are aware of that.,
. Cities are The primary locations will require the candidate to travel to Bridgeport, CT- Shelton, CT and Torrington, CT. I think the ideal candidate will live toward the middle in the NEw Brittain CT area.There is no driving once you get to work each day. areas are as follows:

THIS IS AN AREA CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION. YOU WILL GET SCHEDULE IN ADVANCE. ALL LOCATONS ARE WITHIN 15 MILES OF HOME BASE. IF OUTSIDE OF THE 15MILE RADIUS, THEN TIME AND MILEAGE WILL BE PAID.
This position is the old FSR. You are the fill in at locations under an area. It is 40 hours per week.
Mail sorting, Mail postage, Mail Research. Print jobs including operating copiers, and finishing equipment. Print Production or have worked in any areas of the process like binding, cutting, laminating. They may be required to lift box of paper, under 50 lbs. Assistance is available at most locations. Standing if at a site that provides print jobs.1. Computer literacy and somewhat tech savvy. (the locations that we cover for Managed Print Services, will have them working from a computer to respond to printer related help desk calls, they would use several computer applications to locate print devices on the network, cross reference excel and data base resources to determine where in the facility the printer is located. And then visit the printer to either install toner or determine if a tech is needed
Experience needs is 1-2 years experience with Mail operations and/or Print Services preferred but will train a person that is responsible and reliable. Customer Service skills a plus.
Dress code is business casual - no jeans and colored shirt.
Requires high school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience. Post High School

this key position supports daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of all
Managed Services Accounts within an assigned operational area with varying sizes. Undertaking all
customer support tasks in external customer/client facilities
The Area Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for a broad knowledge of Ricoh Service
Excellence Methodology, complete knowledge of account service delivery requirements and Ricoh
portfolio of offered solutions.
Delivers operational support by assisting MS leadership by supplementing onsite personnel at
various customer locations performing a wide range of duties requiring a versatile skill set and ability
to adapt to varying industries. Additionally, they are required to support various locations for reasons
that may include vacation, absences, training, implementations, etc. throughout assigned operational
area.
