We are located 10 minutes from O’Hare International Airport and 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. We are a full service hotel with 245 guest rooms, Bar Louie Restaurant, fitness center, and meeting space.

We're looking for a full-time night auditor to assist guest with their overnight request and balance accounts from the day shift. The front desk is the first point of contact and the first impression for guests. Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they've made the right choice to stay with us.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Welcome guest in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Check guest in, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Answer phones in a prompt, and courteous manner.
• Up-sell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue.
• Check guest out, including resolving any late or dispute charges.
• Audit shifts one and two and balance their records.
• Perform the final reconciliation, print a recap of the day's activities, and clear the system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Computer knowledge
• Hotel experience but not required
• Friendly, professional, great customer service.
• Responsible and reliable
