Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties including reconciling daily hotel transactions and preparing reports
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive guest relations
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during the night shift

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
