Lakeside Neurologic is currently recruiting a dynamic Business Development & Occupancy Coordinator for TLF Main, CIP and Pediatric Campuses. The Business Development Occupancy Coordinator will work within the Business Development function and attract suitable candidates for admission and integrates them seamlessly into the system. The Business Development/Referral Coordinator will be responsible for Census Building and Occupancy on the Transitional Living side of Lakeside’s level of care. Lakeside is looking for someone with a solid background and brings a “Rolodex” of contacts to enable positive outreach to Case Managers and Discharge Planners to coordinate the transition of clients with Traumatic Brain Injuries to the Lakeside Campus.

Education and Work Experience:

• 2-4 years previous related experience, preferably in Transitional Living Facilities, required; supervisory experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree from accredited college with specialization in business, communications or equivalent is preferred.
• Must possess thorough understanding of healthcare reimbursement programs.
• Must have extensive experience with occupancy and proven track record with case managers and external referral sources.
• Proven track record and verifiable experience with admission and census management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain existing client relationships, patients and family members and provide customer service that contributes to the continued success of our organization.

This is a full-time position. The work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
