Lakeside Neurologic is currently interviewing for the position of Cooks. Cooks are important team members that perform the following duties at the facility :

The work schedule for this position is :

Shift 1- 6 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m. with rotating weekends - Full time with excellent benefit package

Shift 2 -10 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 30 p.m. with rotating weekends-Full time with excellent benefit package.

Requirements for this position are HS Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a hospital setting, skilled nursing facility, school or commercial cleaning is preferred.

Qualifications :

• AS Culinary Arts preferred . High School Diploma or GED required.
• Serve Safe and Food Manager Certification preferred
• Must be able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for clients and staff.
• Works in heat and busy environment of the kitchen area and functions within structured time lines.
• Stands and walks short distance most of the day.
• Must be able to stoop for, reach for, and lift kitchen equipment and supplies,
• Must be able to lift article in excess of 50 lbs throughout the day.
• Shifts are from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday-Saturday
