Position Title and Summary
The Office Administrator is responsible for all front office activities including the reception area, mail, answering phones and all other office related activities. This role organizes and coordinates administrative duties and office procedures at the facilities.

Reports To

Director of Sales

Responsibilities
  • Review inbound and outbound activity tickets for accuracy
  • Prepare monthly billing statements for all customers
  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Assist customers with questions and concerns
  • Prepare daily tonnage reports
  • Assists collection team by calling delinquent accounts
  • Enter all new accounts into scale system
  • Generate LEED reports
  • Perform weekly cash reconciliations
  • Organizing and filing of all scale tickets
  • Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications / Knowledge / Critical Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous office experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite incl. Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
  • Able to work diligently under pressure

Physical Demands / Environmental Factors
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
  • Occasionally required to stand and walk
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Occasional local travel required
