Amata Law Office Suites is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Chicago, IL

Job description

As the General Manager, you will lead and develop a team, focus on positive client experiences, and manage the business of your Amata Management location.

Our team is a group of professionals who are passionate about our business. We work collaboratively with one another and always try to make sure there is a fair amount of fun mixed in with the work. We value teamwork, kindness, and laughter.

Ideal candidates possess the following skills:

  • Revenue Generation through team building and client relationships;
  • Provide support to professional clients requiring excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills;
  • Experience with being the point person when handling assignments, specific client inquiries, claims, and disputes;
  • Consistent ability to learn quickly and work independently, while knowing when to be collaborative and take the initiative to ask or answer questions;
  • Good instincts to proactively identify needs requiring attention, to take ownership of matters and drive toward effective solutions, to seek client approval when necessary, and to cultivate the trust and confidence of professional clients;
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
  • A high degree of ethics and integrity;
  • Able to deliver results with a sense of urgency;
  • Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job;
  • Foster a positive working environment, by delivering a professional work ethic which results in client revenue for virtual & and physical Office space;
  • Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensure all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively;
  • Evaluate and assist with hiring new employees;
  • Implement policies and create strategic plans;
  • Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with increasing and maintaining support revenue services.
  • Basic budget and time management skills;
  • Assists in training the location personnel;
  • Performs related duties as assigned;
  • Maintains property by investigating and resolving client concerns, enforcing rules of occupancy, and inspecting vacant offices;
  • Maintains building systems by submitting maintenance services and supervising repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
