The HR Generalist/Medical Records position is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Administrator. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional area: benefits administration, employee relations, training, onboarding, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance. The incumbent must lead by example, adhering to all policies and procedures contained in the manuals issued by LakePoint. This position also serves as the Medical records associate for LakePoint.
