At LaFrance our Customer Service Reps are responsible for the entire customer experience. This includes serving customers, handling all service issues effectively, getting orders ready for production, accurate record keeping, managing customer relationships and more.

1. Customer Service - 100% customer satisfaction with no customer complaints each month.
2. Team Player - Remain an honest, reliable, hard working member of our customer service team. Each team player will be responsible for operations of the store and completion of scheduled work.
3. Support Sales Growth - Continually build the company's customer base through delivering excellent customer service and implementing company marketing and operational procedures to support ongoing sales growth.
4. Be at work on time every day.
