Executive Assistant

The Senior Executive and Facilities Assistant is responsible for various duties related to site and administrative support for Labcorp Periapproval and Commercialization business unit. Including but not limited to preparing and editing presentations, coordinating mail merges, ordering supplies, coordinating travel, processing purchase orders, may serve as liaison to key stakeholders such as facilities, human resources, finance and/or payroll; and maintaining files.

The Executive Assistant will have the opportunity to work in an energetic, fast paced environment. They will be required to manage a high-volume variety of tasks daily. The Executive Assistant must be disciplined with the ability to speak with customers and sit for long stretches.
Special Factors:
The Executive Assistant will typically work an eight-hour workday, with an hour or half hour of unpaid lunch. Shifts time vary and actual schedule will be determined by the Executive Assistant and his/her/their manager. Occasional overtime may be required. The Executive Assistant may work onsite or remotely. Pay Range: 65,000-97,000
Benefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
